Our Simple Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns.

We understand finding the right furniture can be challenging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Our goal is to balance a great customer experience with sustainable and green business practices. You can return new, unopened items or opened and assembled products, with a few exceptions (see below). Assembled items can also be returned if they remain unused, undamaged, and in a condition fit for resale at our discretion.

1. Keep the original packaging

We suggest keeping all packaging for 30 days. You can flatten or fold boxes to save space. If you're receiving white-glove delivery, you can request the delivery team to place the packaging in the room of your choice.

Please disassemble the item and pack its parts back in the original packaging. Use a sealable bag for assembly hardware like screws and bolts.

If the item is assembled and/or missing the original packaging, use packaging or bubble wrap to safeguard delicate parts like glass, metal parts, and any important areas, such as a table's top surface.

2. Drop off your return, schedule a pickup, or ship the item to our store

If you would like to drop off your item, it can be returned at our Toronto store located at 3908 Chesswood Drive, North York, ON M3J 2W6.

If you would like us to pick up your item (Greater Toronto Area only), there's a pickup fee of $149 plus applicable taxes. If the item requires disassembly or repackaging for safe transport, an additional labour fee of $79 plus applicable taxes will apply. For delivered items, pickup is only available from the original delivery address.

For customers outside of the Greater Toronto Area, please contact us at info@sixtrend.ca to obtain a return authorization number. We can provide a return shipping label or you may ship the item back using a national courier service with a tracking number (such as Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post). Our return policy does not include the cost of return shipping.

3. Wait for your refund or redeem your credit for exchange

Once the item is returned, a refund will be processed on the original form of payment. Most refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Cash refunds are subject to the availability of funds on hand. At our discretion, we may opt for alternative methods, such as debit or Interac e-Transfer.

Balances towards exchanges are immediately applied to your new item.

Warranty

We stand behind our products. It's that simple.

All SIXTREND products carry a warranty. Product warranties are product-specific and can be found in the product description for each product. Our warranties include coverage of parts in the event of a defect resulting from design flaws or defective factory-installed parts. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

For orders within Southern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area, we'll dispatch a technician to troubleshoot the issue on site.

For the rest of Canada, we require a few photos of the item and the issue (a video is preferred if possible) to begin your claim and troubleshoot any issues accurately.

In the event that the defect cannot be repaired, we may elect to replace the defective part or entire item at our discretion. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we may issue a store credit equivalent to the original value for a replacement. Store credits are not redeemable for cash value. Store credits can be redeemed in-store or online and are valid for up to 90 days beyond the expiration date of the original warranty period. Replacement items or parts assume the duration of the original warranty period.

If you discover any damage to your merchandise after delivery, please email photos and a detailed description to info@sixtrend.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days. Please retain all packaging and shipping materials while we review your case.

Pricing Guarantee Policy

We believe in fair and transparent pricing.

Everyone hates when they order an item only for it to go on sale right after. At SIXTREND, we do our very best to offer market-leading pricing while retaining high quality product and service standards.

If an item you ordered has a lower price within the first 30 days of order, we will refund you the difference (with a few exceptions, noted below).
