Rural & Remote Deliveries are currently affected by significant increases to freight costs and fuel surcharges. We appreciate your understanding.
All ready-to-ship and custom furniture will be shipped by freight and delivered to your doorstep or ground-level entrance within 5 to 10 business days of your item being marked as Shipped. Deliveries for large items (Sofas & Beds) are appointment-based, where our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a date and time to deliver your order.
With doorstep delivery, you are responsible for bringing your items inside — assembly is not included. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or with building concierge due to the service limitations in specific areas. Remote or limited access addresses (such as instances where the delivery truck cannot access the property further than the main road) may be eligible for curbside delivery only.

We offer depot pickup in 9 cities across Canada. Please ensure you have adequate transport and assistance for moving your items. We also recommend inspecting your items for any damage or missing parts before accepting your order, as we cannot process claims after pickup.

What happens after I place an order?
Once you place an order, our team immediately begins processing it. This involves verifying the order details, performing quality checks, and preparing the item(s) for shipment, all from our Toronto facilities.
How long will it take to prepare my order?
Our catalogue groups our products in three categories: Made to Order, Quick Build, and Ready to Ship.
Ready to Ship items are in-stock and available for immediate shipping.
Quick Build items are manufactured just for you, but contain some limited options for customization, which speed up production time within a guaranteed window.
Made to Order items are manufactured just for you, and offer a full range of customization options and fabrics. The production time depends on the item and can be found on the item detail page. Please note, the estimates provided on the product or checkout pages are for manufacturing only, and do not include shipping or transit times.
How do I track an order?

Ready to Ship items can be tracked here. Once your item ships, a tracking number will be issued.
Quick Build items can be tracked here, and includes a window for delivery.

My order is ready, how long is shipping?
In Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, fulfilment times range from 1 to 4 business days, depending on our delivery capacity.
For all other Major Cities and regions, it generally takes 2–5 business days for your order to be delivered.
If your order is a large item, such as a sofa or bed, our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment once the item has arrived at your local terminal.
For all other addresses, it can take 5–10 business days for delivery, depending on delivery services available in your area.
Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, and delivery volume.
Will I be notified before my order arrives?
All large item deliveries (sofas and bed frames) are appointment based, meaning you will receive a phone call or email to schedule a date and time for your delivery.
Small items, such as fabric samples and compressed mattresses, are shipped via courier to your door.
Will my items fit into my home?
Our furniture is designed to fit through a standard doorway, and typically a clearance of 28" wide is acceptable (with the exception of the Velo Sofa, which requires 31").
